2. Purchase of Used Cars
2.1. Vehicle Inspection: All used cars are sold “as-is” unless otherwise specified in the sales contract. Buyers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle prior to purchase.
2.2. Warranty: Vehicles may include a limited warranty or extended service plan, as specified in the sales agreement. No implied warranties are offered unless explicitly stated.

5.2. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
5.3. Risk of Loss: Risk transfers to the buyer once the vehicle or accessory is delivered to the shipping carrier.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. Powerhouse Auto Mall is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of vehicles, raffle prizes, or accessories.
6.2. In no case shall Powerhouse Auto Mall’s liability exceed the purchase price of the product or service in question.
7. Dispute Resolution
